For those who live a Gluten Free lifestyle, either by choice or for health reasons, like Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance, know how difficult the transition can be. Everyone who goes Gluten Free for one reason or another has one (or many) things they miss more than anything else, while we technically can't help you with the breads and the pastas (I've got some good recommendations for those too though!) we can help you with the beer! I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 7 years ago and in the last 7 years there has been a big change in the world of Gluten Free beer and food. Although you can still find the old sorghum beers around, there are so many more and better options now. Many of our "Gluten-Free" options at Elevated are technically Gluten Removed or "Crafted to Reduce Gluten", but all fall under safe guidelines for people with Celiac Disease (I've tried them myself, I'm extra sensitive, and I've been just fine, but always do what's best for you and check with your doctor if you are not sure!) Below I have narrowed down our current lineup of "Gluten Free" beers AND all of these are available in Singles if you wanted to mix and match and build your own 6-pack, that way you can try some without the commitment to a 6 (or 4) pack!
